Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing products, placing an order, listing products, booking deliveries, or using any ContareStore service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or restrict accounts that contain false information, create risk for other users, or violate these terms.

3. Marketplace Role

ContareStore provides a marketplace where customers can discover products and vendors can sell goods or services. Vendors are responsible for product accuracy, availability, pricing, fulfilment, warranties, and customer service for their listings unless ContareStore expressly provides the service directly.

4. Product Listings and Pricing

Vendors must list products truthfully, use accurate images and descriptions, and keep prices current. Prices should be shown in Zambian Kwacha unless another currency is clearly displayed. We may remove listings that are misleading, illegal, unsafe, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for the platform.

5. Orders, Payments, and Receipts

Orders are subject to confirmation, stock availability, payment approval, and fraud checks. Payment services may be provided by third-party payment processors. Receipts, invoices, and order records are generated from information supplied by customers, vendors, delivery providers, and payment processors.

6. Delivery and Location Services

Delivery features may use address information, map services, location coordinates, route estimates, courier updates, and delivery proof. Routes, delivery times, and costs are advisory estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, address accuracy, courier availability, or operational conditions.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes

Return and refund rights depend on the vendor policy, product type, applicable law, and payment status. ContareStore may help customers and vendors resolve disputes, but vendors remain responsible for products they sell unless ContareStore is the direct seller.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with security, scrape data without permission, upload harmful code, impersonate others, submit fraudulent orders, abuse promotions, harass users, or use ContareStore for unlawful activity.

9. Intellectual Property

ContareStore names, logos, designs, software, content, and platform materials belong to ContareStore or its licensors. Vendors and users retain rights in content they submit, but grant ContareStore permission to use that content to operate, promote, and improve the marketplace.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, security events, internet outages, third-party service failures, or operational issues may affect availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ContareStore is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party service failures, vendor product issues, delivery delays, inaccurate user-submitted information, or events outside our reasonable control.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of ContareStore after updates means you accept the updated terms.
